Why is my payment not reflected on my SPayLater account?

Payment posting times may vary depending on the selected payment channel.

 

Payment Center/Over-the-Counter 

  • Payments may take up to 24 hours to be posted to your SPayLater account.

 

ShopeePay Top-Up

  • Topping up your ShopeePay wallet does not automatically count as a repayment for SPayLater. To ensure your payment is properly posted, go to the SPayLater page and select ShopeePay as your payment method.

 

InstaPay

  • If the payment has been deducted from your e-Wallet or bank account but has not yet been reflected in your SPayLater account, we recommend contacting your financial institution to request a reversal and reprocess the payment.

 

Auto-Repayment

  • Check the push notification to confirm if the auto-repayment failed.

  • Ensure that your ShopeePay wallet is linked for auto-repayment.
