Why is my payment not reflected on my SPayLater account?

Payment posting times may vary depending on the selected payment channel.
Payment Center/Over-the-Counter
Payments may take up to 24 hours to be posted to your SPayLater account.
ShopeePay Top-Up
Topping up your ShopeePay wallet does not automatically count as a repayment for SPayLater. To ensure your payment is properly posted, go to the SPayLater page and select ShopeePay as your payment method.
InstaPay
If the payment has been deducted from your e-Wallet or bank account but has not yet been reflected in your SPayLater account, we recommend contacting your financial institution to request a reversal and reprocess the payment.
Auto-Repayment
Check the push notification to confirm if the auto-repayment failed.
Ensure that your ShopeePay wallet is linked for auto-repayment.
