Go Me > SPayLater > Transaction to view the contents of your purchases.
For transactions that are unclear to you, you may find the different purchases in the respective categories by looking into the transactions based on the date/time or what matches the name of the orders:
Marketplace orders: Me > My Purchases > Completed.
Digital Purchase / Bills Payment: Me > Digital Purchase > Completed
ShopeePay Order - Offline Payment / QRPH transactions: Me > ShopeePay > History.
For SLoan withdrawals:
Go Me > SLoan > My Bill to view the amount as well as the date and time of your withdrawal.
You may also visit the ShopeePay page through Me tab > ShopeePay > History to view the history of the loan disbursement.
If transactions remain unfamiliar after checking, take immediate steps to secure your account:
Change your Shopee account password, ShopeePay PIN, and manage logged-in devices.
Report the issue to Shopee Customer Service. Provide all relevant proofs and be ready to answer:
State the reason, date, and time of the incident.
How and when did you discover the unfamiliar transaction?
Can you still access your account?
Include screenshots or evidence to support your report.
