If you're having trouble understanding or remembering your bill or loan details, try the following steps:
Go to Me > SPayLater > Transaction to view purchases.
Check unclear transactions by matching the date/time or order name in:
Marketplace Orders: Me > My Purchases > Completed
Digital Purchase / Bills: Me > Digital Purchase > Completed
Go to Me > SLoan > My Bill for withdrawal amount, date, and time.
Check loan disbursement history in Me > ShopeePay > History.
If transactions are still unfamiliar:
Change your Shopee account password, ShopeePay PIN, and manage logged-in devices.
Report to Shopee Customer Service with:
Reason, date, and time of incident
How and when you discovered it
Account access status
Screenshots or proof
