For a seamless and hassle-free experience when paying your SPayLater and SLoan bills, you can use any of the following real-time partner payment channels:
To check other payment methods available, go to your SPayLater or SLoan account > choose which bill you would like to repay > Pay Now > and check payment methods available.
⚠️ Note • If you encounter technical issues while paying for SPayLater/SLoan, try closing and reopening the Shopee app. Use troubleshooting if needed. • If your payment was incomplete, check the SPayLater/SLoan page to see if the amount was repaid or contact Shopee Customer Service. • Repayment channel availability may vary depending on the location or service provider. • Payments via Payment Center/E-Wallet or Over-the-Counter may take up to 24 hours to process. • A 2% handling fee applies when repaying via GCash (Payment Center/E-Wallet). • Additional handling or admin fees may also apply to other payment channels (e.g. 7-Eleven, Maya, online banks, etc.). |
