What is Shopee VIP and how does it work?

Shopee VIP is a monthly subscription-based program. As a Shopee VIP member, you’ll enjoy exclusive perks and benefits that help you save more while shopping on Shopee.

Subscribe Shopee VIP
Select Shopee VIP > Subscribe > choose payment method (ShopeePay, SPayLater, MariBank, Credit/Debit Card, Linked Bank) > Confirm subscription. Once confirmed, a welcome message will appear, indicating that your VIP subscription is active.
⚠️ Note · Multiple payment methods may be linked to avoid subscription cancellation if your preferred method fails. Shopee will use this method for your monthly renewal. · You may be required to enter your ShopeePay PIN or complete facial verification. |
Renew Shopee VIP
Auto-renewal
Your Shopee VIP subscription renews automatically every month.
Billing Date
You can view your next billing date on the Shopee VIP page.
Payment Method
Your renewal fee will be charged to the payment method selected during subscription.
Suspension Period
If Shopee is unable to charge your payment method when a subscription fee is due, your Shopee VIP subscription will be suspended for 30 days. Make sure to have a sufficient balance on your payment method or manually cancel your subscription.
⚠️ Note · During the suspension period, Shopee will retry charging your payment method every 2 days, but you won't receive Shopee VIP benefits. · If payment is still unsuccessful after 30 days, your Shopee VIP subscription will be automatically terminated, and you'll need to subscribe again to regain your benefits. |
Cancellation
Cancel your subscription at least 1 day before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. To cancel, go to Me > Shopee VIP, then scroll to the bottom of the page (below Terms & Conditions) and select Cancel Subscription.
No Refunds
Once a renewal payment is made, it is non-refundable.
