[Shopee VIP] What is Shopee VIP and how does it work?
Shopee VIP is a monthly subscription-based program. As a Shopee VIP member, you’ll enjoy exclusive perks and benefits that help you save more while shopping on Shopee.

How to subscribe
Select Shopee VIP > Subscribe > choose payment method (ShopeePay, SPayLater, MariBank, Credit/Debit Card, Linked Bank) > Confirm subscription. Once confirmed, a welcome message will appear, indicating that your VIP subscription is active.
⚠️ Note · Multiple payment methods may be linked to avoid subscription cancellation if your preferred method fails. Shopee will use this method for your monthly renewal. · You may be required to enter your ShopeePay PIN or complete facial verification. |
How renewals work
Auto-renewal: Your subscription will renew each month automatically.
Billing date: Your recurring billing date can be found in the VIP page.
Payment method: Renewal will be charged to the payment method you selected during subscription.
Suspension Period: If Shopee is unable to charge your payment method when a subscription fee is due, your Shopee VIP subscription will be suspended for 30 days. Make sure to have a sufficient balance across your payment method or manually cancel your subscription.
⚠️ Note · During this time, Shopee will retry charging every 2 days, but you won’t receive VIP benefits. You may add sufficient balance or cancel the subscription manually. · If payment still fails after 30 days, your Shopee VIP subscription will be automatically terminated, and you’ll need to subscribe again to regain the benefits. |
Cancellation: Cancel at least 1 day before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month. To cancel, go to Me > Shopee VIP and scroll to the bottom of the page, after Terms & Conditions, to find the Cancel Subscription button
No refunds: Once a renewal payment is made, it is non-refundable.

View your benefits and renewal date
Change your payment method
Cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing date
