What is Shopee VIP and how does it work? (TAG)

Ang Shopee VIP ay isang monthly subscription-based program. Bilang Shopee VIP member, makaka-enjoy ka ng exclusive perks at benefits na makakatulong sa iyong mas makatipid habang namimili sa Shopee.

Subscribe Shopee VIP
Select Shopee VIP > Subscribe > choose payment method (ShopeePay, SPayLater, MariBank, Credit/Debit Card, Linked Bank) > Confirm subscription. Once confirmed, a welcome message will appear, indicating that your VIP subscription is active.
⚠️ Tandaan · Maaaring mag-link ng multiple payment methods upang maiwasan ang subscription cancellation kung mag-fail ang iyong preferred payment method. Gagamitin ni Shopee ang mga ito para sa iyong monthly renewal. · Maaaring hilingin sa iyong ilagay ang iyong ShopeePay PIN o kumpletuhin ang facial verification. |
Renew Shopee VIP
Auto-renewal
Ang iyong Shopee VIP subscription ay automatic na magre-renew bawat buwan.
Billing Date
Makikita mo ang iyong susunod na billing date sa Shopee VIP page.
Payment Method
Ang renewal fee ay icha-charge sa payment method na pinili mo noong nag-subscribe ka.
Suspension Period
Kung hindi ma-charge ni Shopee ang iyong payment method kapag due na ang subscription fee, masa-suspend ang iyong Shopee VIP subscription sa loob ng 30 days. Siguraduhing may sapat na balance ang iyong payment method o manu-manong i-cancel ang iyong subscription.
⚠️ Note · Sa panahon ng suspension period, susubukan ni Shopee na i-charge ang iyong payment method kada 2 days, ngunit hindi mo matatanggap ang Shopee VIP benefits. · Kung hindi pa rin matagumpay ang payment pagkatapos ng 30 days, automatic na mate-terminate ang iyong Shopee VIP subscription at kailangan mong mag-subscribe muli upang maibalik ang iyong benefits. |
Cancellation
I-cancel ang iyong subscription nang hindi bababa sa 1 day bago ang iyong renewal date upang maiwasang ma-charge para sa susunod na billing cycle. Upang mag-cancel, pumunta sa Me > Shopee VIP, pagkatapos ay mag-scroll sa ibaba ng page (sa ilalim ng Terms & Conditions) at piliin ang Cancel Subscription.
No Refunds
Kapag na-process na ang renewal payment, hindi na ito maaaring i-refund.

Pumunta sa Me > Shopee VIP upang:
Tingnan ang iyong benefits at renewal date.
Baguhin ang iyong payment method.
I-cancel ang iyong subscription anumang oras bago ang susunod na billing date.
Basahin ang pinakabagong Terms & Conditions dito.
