How do I cash in my ShopeePay with eTap?

eTap is a self-service payment kiosk that lets you cash in to your ShopeePay wallet, pay bills, top up e-wallets, and more. You can cash in with no service fee, with a minimum cash-in amount of ₱500.
In the Shopee App, go to ShopeePay Wallet > Over-the-Counter > eTap > Confirm > Enter your cash-in amount or select a cash value > Pay Now.
You'll be shown a Payment Code and the following eTap Payment Instructions:
1. Kindly proceed to any eTap kiosk near you.
2. At the eTap kiosk, select Top Up > SHOPEEPAY.
3. Enter your Payment Code from the ShopeePay Payment Instruction Page, then select Proceed.
4. Enter your mobile number, then select PROCEED and wait for the transaction to be validated.
5. Review the transaction details on the confirmation page, then tick the box to confirm.
6. Select Pay Cash > Proceed to pay with cash, then insert your cash into the feeder.
7. Once the transaction is complete, choose your preferred receipt option.
⚠️Note The payment code is valid for 1 hour. Complete your cash-in transaction within this period. Once the code expires, you will need to generate a new payment code. |

Q: Is cashing in via eTap free?
A: Yes. Cashing in through eTap is free of charge.
Q: How do I cash in to my SPP Wallet via eTap?
A: Via the SPP App: Open the SPP App and select eTap as your cash-in method under the Over the Counter category. Enter the amount you wish to cash in and take note of the Payment Code. Visit your nearest eTap machine, enter the Payment Code and cash-in amount, then insert the bills into the kiosk.
Q: What denominations are accepted by eTap machines?
A: eTap machines accept ₱20, ₱50, ₱100, ₱500, and ₱1,000 Philippine peso bills.
Q: Is there a minimum or maximum cash-in amount per transaction?
A: Yes. The minimum cash-in amount is ₱500, while the maximum is ₱10,000 per transaction.
Q: How long will it take for the cash-in amount to be credited to my ShopeePay Wallet?
A: Your cash-in amount will be credited to your ShopeePay Wallet shortly after the transaction has been successfully processed.
Q: Can I generate another Payment Code if I have generated one already?
A: Yes. You can generate a new Payment Code even if you have already generated one.
Q: What should I do if my ShopeePay Wallet is not credited within the day of cashing in?

Q: I paid more than the required amount and need change. What should I do?
A: eTap machines do not dispense change. Any excess amount will be credited to your MySukli account with eTap, which you can use for your next transaction.
