[ShopeePay] Why can't I access my ShopeePay account?

Here are the following reasons why your ShopeePay account may be disabled:

  • If you enter an incorrect ShopeePay PIN or Shopee account password 5 times in 30 minutes, your account will be temporarily disabled for 30 minutes.

  • If you enter an incorrect ShopeePay PIN or Shopee account password more than 8 times within a 24-hour period, your account will be permanently disabled.

⚠️Note

If you don't remember your ShopeePay PIN number and your ShopeePay account is only temporarily disabled, reset your PIN instead. This will prevent your ShopeePay account from being permanently disabled.



In case your account has been banned, it is recommended that you:

  • Take a screenshot of the notification or error message you received.

  • Get in touch with the Customer Service Team and verify the cause behind the account's ban.

  • If the account was banned because of outdated information, you may request a manual payout for any remaining balance on the account.


To reactivate your ShopeePay account later, contact Shopee Customer Service. Your account will be reactivated in 24-48 hours if your request is valid.
