What is Courier Delivery Lead Time? (ENG)

Courier Delivery Lead Time is the number of days it takes for the order to arrive starting from the day the Shopee Logistics Partner has successfully picked up the order from the seller.
The lead time varies depending on the buyer’s delivery address, the seller’s pickup address, and the couriers’ working days.
Please note that there’s no guarantee of the exact delivery time on when orders will be delivered, kindly check the in-app tracker for the tracking of your order. The delivery updates on your order will reflect every 24-48 hours. Learn what you should do if you have not received your order after the Estimated Delivery Date.
