Q: What are my Special Privileges in Silver/Gold/Platinum?

A: Depending on your Loyalty Tier, you can enjoy a range of special privileges. The more you order and spend, the more benefits you receive. Below is an overview of these privileges:

Q: Why was the birthday voucher not loaded even if I am already a platinum/gold user?

A: Birthday voucher shall automatically reflect on the user’s account on his/her birthday and shall be valid for 29 days after that. If there's no birthday voucher displayed, the user might not have updated his/her birthday in the app.


⚠️ Note

Make sure to update your birthday in the app at least 2 weeks before your actual birthday to avoid issues in receiving your birthday voucher.


Q: How do I use my SPX Express Delivery vouchers?

A: Visit spx.ph or download the SPX Express App > Sign up using your Shopee-registered phone number. Your loyalty vouchers will be automatically added to your SPX Express voucher wallet. You can now use it during checkout.


Q: Where do I find my Mobile Load & Data discount vouchers & how do I use them?

A: Users can claim their Mobile Load & Data discount vouchers in the Loyalty page. 


Q: How is my Loyalty tier determined?

A: Your Loyalty tier depends on the number of successful orders and spend you’ve made every 6 months

  • Platinum Members - Min. order of 30 completed orders and at least P30,000 total spend

  • Gold Members - Min. order of 15 completed orders and at least P6,000 total spend

  • Silver Members - Min. order of 3 completed orders

  • Classic Members - Min. order of 1 completed order


Q: When does my tier refresh

A: The loyalty tier refreshes every 6 months:

  • 1st refresh: January 1 (counting orders and spend from July 1 - December 31)

  • 2nd refresh: July 1 (counting orders and spend from January 1 - June 30)


Q: I qualify for an upgraded tier. When will my tier be upgraded

A: You can upgrade your tier immediately during the current cycle and enjoy your upgraded tier until the next cycle.


Q: How do I receive my loyalty benefits?

A: Your Loyalty Tier special benefits will automatically be applied to your Shopee registered account. You will also receive notifications regarding your special privileges. 


Q: When do my rewards refresh?

A: Birthday voucher shall automatically reflect on the user’s account on his/her birthday and shall be valid for 29 days after that. If there's no birthday voucher displayed, the user might not have updated his/her birthday in the app.
