⚠️ Note • The shipping information status might not reflect immediately, kindly wait within 24 - 48 hours for the couriers to update your order status. • Orders will arrive depending on the Seller’s Days to Ship and Courier Delivery Lead Time. Know more about when to expect an order to arrive or check the estimated delivery date. • Shopee will send out advisories for delays due to declared holidays and severe weather conditions. Please keep track of orders regularly. |
Follow these steps to know how to track your order within the app
Go to the Me tab > My Purchases > select To Ship, To Receive, Completed, or Canceled > select Track Order to view the order’s shipping status and details.
⚠️Note • If the item does not arrive in the expected/appropriate condition, select the Return/Refund button. • If an order has not arrived within the expected delivery time (EDD), select the Extend Shopee Guarantee. • If the order has not arrived after extending the Shopee Guarantee and there is no response from the seller, then you may choose to request a return/refund for Non-COD orders. • If you still haven’t received your order after EDD, learn more here. • You can also track your orders through our Shopee Supported Logistics partners. |
