[New to Shopee] How do I upload photos/videos from my device to the Shopee App?

There are 2 scenarios where you can upload photos/videos from your mobile device to the Shopee App:

1. Search for products by uploading or taking a photo

To do so, select the camera icon on the right side of the search bar on the Shopee App homepage > Take a photo or select an image from your device’s gallery.

2. Send a photo/video via Shopee Chat

To do so, select an existing chat > Select the add icon/+ > Select Gallery to choose from your gallery or camera to take a photo/video.

⚠️Note

• You can send a maximum of 9 files (photos and videos) in one message.

• Video length must be more than 1 second and less than 3 minutes.

• Maximum video size is 30 MB
