There are 2 main types of vouchers on Shopee:

• Platform vouchers, also known as Shopee vouchers.

• Seller vouchers, which include both shop and product vouchers.

These vouchers offer promotions including Coins Cashback, discount amount, and discount percentage.

 You can claim and use these vouchers to get a better deal on your purchases on Shopee. Maximize discounts by applying up to 3 vouchers at a time upon checkout! Simply choose (1) Free Shipping + (1) Discount / Cashback + (1) Seller Voucher (if available) to get better deals on your Shopee orders.

Finding vouchers

You can find vouchers on various Shopee pages.  You can start with the voucher page from the Shopee App homepage.

Claiming vouchers

Once you've found a voucher that suits your shopping needs, you can claim it to use later. All claimed vouchers can be found on the My Vouchers page. 

Using vouchers

You can use your voucher by applying it at checkout. 

Alternatively, if you have a voucher code, you can enter it before paying for your order. 

Reinstatement of vouchers

Vouchers can be reinstated if you applied a voucher on canceled, returned, or refunded orders. These orders must be approved for a full refund.

If your request was approved for a partial refund, where the refund amount is less than the paid amount, the voucher will not be reinstated.

The reinstatement will happen within 24 to 48 hours, provided that these conditions are met:

• The voucher is still valid for use.

• The voucher was applied to one order only. If you applied your voucher across multiple orders and one of the orders was canceled, the voucher amount applied to the canceled order will not be refunded automatically.
