[Brand Memberships] How do I redeem a Brand Membership reward?

You qualify for a Brand Membership reward if:
You're a member of the Shopee Mall shop’s Brand Membership program.
You've earned enough points with the Mall shop.
To redeem, go to the Shop tab on a Shopee Mall shop page > View My Brand Membership > Redeem redeemable rewards.
⚠️Note · If you don't check out the gift right away after redeeming it, a product voucher will be sent to your voucher wallet. You can use this voucher to purchase the gift within the validity period set by the Mall Seller. · Rewards must be claimed within their validity period, and there are no extensions unless stated otherwise by the shop. |
Terms
Rewards can only be redeemed within the Shopee App, and cannot be combined with any other membership programs and benefits offered outside of Shopee.
Points earned are solely for the redemption of the listed rewards and are non-convertible to cash.
