[Brand Memberships] How do I earn Brand Membership points?

Earning points

You can earn points for a Brand Membership program mainly by purchasing from the Shopee Mall shop offering the program. Some Shopee Mall Brand Membership programs also offer bonus points for new signups.

 

Points are automatically added to your Brand Membership account when you complete an order from the Mall shop successfully. Orders that are canceled, returned, or refunded are not valid for point accumulation.

 

⚠️Note

· Points earned per peso spent vary across different Mall shops.

· Points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned.

· Products or SKUs covered by the Philippine Milk Code: Infant Milk (0-6 months), Follow-On Milk (6-12 months), and Toddler Milk (1-under 3 years) are not eligible to earn points.

 

You can view your current Brand Membership tier and its benefits by going to the Shop tab on a Shopee Mall shop page > View My Brand Membership > select tier card.

 

 

Swipe the tiered card to view the benefits of subsequent tiers.


You can view records of your point accumulation and usage by selecting your points balance > Points History.

 

 

Terms

  • To view the terms and conditions after signing up, select Membership Terms on the Tier Benefits page.

 

  

  • Points accumulated under a Brand Membership program are non-transferable. Only the member who earned the points can use it within the Mall shop where they were earned.

  • If you choose to quit the Brand Membership program, all accumulated points, spending, and earned tier will be forfeited. Any subsequent signups to the same Mall shop will be considered new applications, with an accumulation of points and spending starting anew. However, bonus points for new members will not be rewarded to repeat signups.

  • Any fraudulent behavior observed will be strictly dealt with and may result in termination from the Brand Membership program, or the user's Shopee account.

  • Points earned are solely for the redemption of the listed rewards and are non-exchangeable for cash.

 

 

Troubleshooting


Unexpected point changes

If you observe unexpected changes in your Brand Membership points, it may be due to adjustments from Shopee to correct any calculation errors. For more information, you can Shopee Customer Service.


Membership points/status not updated

If your membership points/status for  Mall shops are not updated, it may be due to these reasons:

  • Orders contributing to your membership points or status upgrade are still incomplete. This includes orders undergoing a return/refund.

  • Your purchases may fall under product categories ineligible for earning Brand Membership points. Review the terms again by selecting Membership Terms on the Tier Benefits page.


Refund of membership points

It is possible to get a refund of your membership points if the order is canceled or the gift is out of stock after you have made a redemption. To do so, you can contact Shopee Customer Service to request a manual refund.
