[Shopee Loyalty] What is Shopee Loyalty Program?
Shopee Loyalty is a reward system that allows Shopee users to enjoy special privileges using a Loyalty Tier system.
The Shopee Loyalty Program has 4 different tiers:
CLASSIC : All users with 1 completed order
SILVER : All users with a minimum of 3 completed orders
GOLD : All users with a minimum of 15 completed orders and at least ₱6,000 total spend
PLATINUM : All users with a minimum of 30 completed orders and at least ₱30,000 total spend
⚠️ Note Completed orders are equivalent to orders received. |
Accumulation of completed orders and spend is limited to a 6-month period. The two 6-month periods in a year are:
1 January to 30 June
1 July to 31 December
The total number of completed orders and spend in each 6-month cycle will determine the loyalty tier in the next. The refresh happens every January 1 and July 1.

To find out about your current tier, you can go to the Me tab > Shopee Loyalty > view your tier.

Benefits
Benefits of being a Shopee Loyalty member include free shipping vouchers, a birthday voucher, discount vouchers, and more. To view the latest benefits available for each tier, you can select See All Tiers from your Shopee Loyalty page.
⚠️Note To claim your Birthday Voucher from Shopee Loyalty, you have to register your birthdate under My Profile at least 2 weeks in advance. |
