You'll need to ask the sender to share the Shopee Gift Card code with you. They can find the code in the Shopee app by navigating to Me > Load, Bills & Travel > To Receive/Completed > Lifestyle. From there, they should select the gift card and Share Gift Card Code on the Order Details page.
