How can I use the Shopee Gift Card?

Once you receive a Shopee Gift Card code via email or a link the sender shares, you can start using your gift card. The instructions on how to redeem and use your Shopee Gift Card can be found in the email, or you can also check the Terms & Conditions of the Shopee Gift Card.
To use the Shopee Gift Card, choose an item in Shopee that applies to your Shopee Gift Card. In the Shopping Cart or Checkout page, select Shopee Voucher > select the voucher code field > type in the Shopee Gift Card voucher code that was sent to you > select Apply > Check Out or Place Order.
The total amount will automatically be deducted based on the Shopee Gift Card amount.
⚠️ Note • You can only use your Shopee Gift Card once within the stated validity period. • The validity period of the Shopee Gift Card will be effective immediately and will start on the buyer's purchase date. • If the total amount purchased is higher than that of the Shopee Gift Card, you must pay the excess via ShopeePay. • Shopping Voucher Gift Cards can be used together with a shop's voucher or promotion, if applicable • Load, Bills, & E-Vouchers Gift Cards cannot be used with another voucher. |
