[FAQ] About Shopee’s Shipping and Delivery Services

1. How does Shopee calculate shipping fees?

Shopee calculates shipping fees based on parcel weight and dimensions provided by the seller, as well as the rates of different logistics partners.

 

2. Will products from different sellers in the same order be delivered by the same shipping method?

No, when you purchase from different sellers in the same order, the product(s) will be delivered based on the shipping options offered by each seller.


For example, if you purchase Items A and B from Seller X and Item C from Seller Y in the same order:

  • Items A and B will be shipped by Seller X’s shipping method.

  • Item C will be shipped by Seller Y’s shipping method.

⚠️ Note

Shipping fees will also be charged separately for products from different sellers.



3. Can I change my shipping options? 

Yes,  you will be able to make a one-time change to the allocated courier within an hour after the courier allocation of an order is made or until the seller books the order for pick-up, whichever is shorter.  However, if the seller hasn’t toggled any other courier as a shipping option, you will not be able to change the courier. The change of shipping option is only allowed for the Standard Option


Go to Shipping Information > select CHANGE > select another courier that can cater to your order > Confirm.

4. Where can I find shipping updates for my order?

To view shipping updates for your orders,  go to To Ship or To Receive under My Purchases via the Me tab on Shopee App > Select shipment status of your order > View all shipping updates.

5. What if I am not satisfied with the delivery service?

If you’re not satisfied with the delivery service, you may leave a rating for Delivery Service when you rate your product(s) after confirming the receipt of your order.

Go to Complete > Rate > then leave a rating for the Delivery Service > Submit.
