[My Account] How do I add/verify my mobile number?

You can add/verify your phone number via Shopee App or via Shopee Website.
Via Shopee App
Go to the Me tab > Select ⚙ icon > Account & Security > Set Now > Add > Enter Phone Number > Continue > Enter Verification Code sent via SMS > Verify.
Via Shopee Website
Select your username > Select My Account via the dropdown list > Select Add next to Phone Number > Enter Phone Number > select Send Verification Code > Enter Verification Code received > Confirm.
⚠️ Note • You will need to add your phone number if you signed up with a third-party account such as Facebook or Google. • Verification of phone number is important as it shows that your Shopee account is valid, active, and belongs to a real user. • Buyers need a verified phone number to make a purchase through Shopee. |
