How do I make a special request for a Hotel booking?

If you have any special requests for your hotel booking, go to the Booking Details page, and select Book on your room of choice. Locate the Special Request section and enter any special request here.

For extra beds/cots, are usually subject to charge and availability. You can press the (i) button beside the cancellation policy at the upper portion of the page to access Rate Policies and see if any information regarding extra beds/cots is available here.
For early check-in/check-out, you can include this request in the Special Request section, but Shopee can not guarantee it.
For hotel airport transfer, you can see it in the Hotel Facilities section if it’s available for the chosen hotel. Airport transfers are usually subject to charge and if you wish to arrange an airport transfer with a hotel, you may note this in the 'Special Request' section on the Booking Details page, and/or contact the hotel directly.
