Chat with Shopee
Go to the Me tab > Chat with Shopee > start chatting.
Via Internet Call or In-App Call
Go to the Me tab > select Help Centre > Scroll down and choose Internet Call > select if you are a Buyer or a Seller > select the following concern and you’ll be redirected to Shopee’s Customer Service.
⚠️Note • This feature is only available for use via Shopee app and users must be logged-in for the call to go through. • Make sure to enable microphone permissions before initiating an internet call. To enable it, go to your phone Settings and allow the microphone for the Shopee app. • For order-related concerns, please include your Shopee username and Order ID for us to serve you more efficiently. |
