You can make a withdrawal from your ShopeePay wallet to your bank if you have already added a bank account to your ShopeePay account.
To make a bank transfer, go to your ShopeePay wallet and select Bank Transfer > select a bank and input account details > Next > enter the transfer amount > Next > Send Money Now > enter your ShopeePay PIN or FaceID/TouchID.
Bank Transfers cannot be canceled once confirmed. You can review your bank transfer details under Last Transactions on your ShopeePay wallet.
⚠️ Note • Bank transfer requests can be submitted on weekends or public holidays but will be processed within 1-2 working days. • Ensure your ShopeePay account is verified before requesting a bank transfer. • The minimum transfer amount is ₱1.00. • A ₱15 admin fee applies to all transfers, except transfers to a linked SeaBank account, which are free. |
Troubleshooting ShopeePay Bank Transfers
If prompted to verify your bank account, refresh the Shopee app and recheck your bank account details.
If funds are not received within 1-3 working days, possible reasons include:
Incorrect bank account details: You will be notified to remove the incorrect details and add the correct ones.
Transfer to the wrong account: Transfers to non-existent accounts will be canceled. For existing accounts, contact your bank to recover the funds.
If unexpected errors occur, follow basic troubleshooting steps.
