If you did not receive your refund for any ShopeePay transactions, online or offline, please contact Shopee Customer Service and provide your Order SN number. You can find it by selecting the relevant failed transaction under History > Copy.
Refunds are credited within 1-7 days of the transaction. Contact us as soon as possible once you realize you have not received the refund for your ShopeePay transaction.
After your refund is successfully processed, you should see it in the History list on the ShopeePay page.
