[ShopeePay] How can I send money from my ShopeePay Wallet?

You can send money from your ShopeePay wallet via the ShopeePay page or the Shopee Chat.
⚠️Note ₱15 admin fee applies when sending money to non-linked SeaBank accounts and other bank / e-wallet accounts via InstaPay. |

Send Money via ShopeePay page
To send money to a contact, you can either: select Send Money to send to a registered username or mobile number in their Shopee account; or, select Scan to send via your contact’s QR code.
Alternatively, you can select Request to receive money via your QR Code.
1. Sending Money via your Mobile Number or Username
Select Send Money > select Contact and fill in recipient’s mobile number/username, or choose from your Recent or Favorite list > Enter Amount and Purpose (optional) > Select Virtual Card (optional) > Next > Send Money Now > Enter ShopeePay PIN.
2. Sending Money by Scanning your Contact’s QR Code
Alternatively, you can Scan your contact's QR code or upload an image if they have shared it with you.
⚠️Note If you fill in a mobile number not linked to a ShopeePay account, the recipient has to confirm your transfer for it to be processed. If no confirmation is received within 24 hours, the cash will be refunded to you. |
· Grant contact list access to the Shopee App to find Shopee-user contacts easily on the ShopeePay transfer page.

3. Receiving Money by Scanning your QR Code
To receive money from a contact, you can ask them to scan your QR code or share it with them. Just select Request > show it with your contact for scanning or select Share.
You can also download your QR code to your gallery by selecting Request > Download.
Send Money via Shopee Chat
Select chat icon > select recipient > select + > Transfer > Enter Amount and Purpose (optional) > Select Virtual Card (optional) > Next > Send Money Now > Enter ShopeePay PIN.

Your ShopeePay account needs to be verified before you can send money via ShopeePay.
To receive cash in your ShopeePay account, please ensure that your ShopeePay wallet is activated.
You can send money from both your Refunds and Deposits sub-wallets.
Transfers cannot be undone unless you personally request the money from the recipient.
