[Order Tracking] What should I do if I have not received my order after the Estimated Delivery Date?

If you haven’t received your order after the Estimated Delivery Date, you can:

 

1. Request a Refund

Go to Me tab > Select To Receive under My Purchases > Select Return/Refund corresponding to your order > Select product(s) and quantity to return > Select Next > Select Did Not Receive Some/All of the Items > select Parcel not delivered > Next > then, check proof of delivery. If the proof of delivery is not familiar to you, select Continue with Request > Check or edit your Contact Email > Submit.

2. Contact the Logistics Partner

If you received an SMS from the rider, you may contact them directly using the number provided. If there’s no response or no SMS/call was received, contact the courier directly and provide your Order SN and Tracking Number to check the status.

 

⚠️Note

Not all riders send SMS or calls before delivery. If you're not expecting a parcel, avoid accepting deliveries that are not reflected in your order status.

Orders can’t be canceled once shipped. If your order is delayed beyond the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD), you may file for a return/refund.

For orders shipped via non-Shopee Supported Logistics, contact the seller directly. If they’re unresponsive, you may raise a refund request before the Shopee Returns Window ends.
