How do I cash-in my ShopeePay with Over-the-Counter?
Para sa Taglish version ng article, basahin dito.
Go to ShopeePay Wallet > select Cash In > Select Over-the-Counter as payment method > choose the preferred bank > CONFIRM > enter the Cash In amount or select a cash value > Pay Now.
After you have selected your preferred over-the-counter, verify your email > Pay > then follow the instructions depending on the chosen payment channel.
Make sure to bring a valid government-issued ID to present at over-the-counter transactions.
For BPI, go to the BPI Express Assist (BEA) kiosk at any BPI/BPI Family branch to make a cash payment, and give the exact amount due for bills payment for Dragonpay Corp to the teller.
For BDO, go to any BDO branch, fill out the blue cash deposit slip, and give the slip with the exact amount due to the teller.
For ChinaBank, go to any ChinaBank branch, fill out the regular cash deposit slip, and give the slip with the exact amount due to the teller.
