You can use TouchPay only for cash in via ShopeePay or for repaying SPayLater and SLoan.
To pay using TouchPay, go to checkout and select Payment Option >TouchPay > Confirm > Place Order.
Use the TouchPay machine
Select e-Money > Shopee > Shopee Checkout Order > Enter your Payment Code (from the Payment Instruction Page) > Verify and confirm payment details > Insert cash into the machine.
If possible, insert the exact cash amount into the machine.
For transactions needing change, a change-receipt PIN will be printed on your receipt—follow the instructions to use it for future TouchPay transactions.
A change receipt will also be issued for incomplete or canceled payments, reflecting the cash inserted, including any amounts from prior change PINs.

After paying with TouchPay, please allow up to 24 hours for the amount to reflect in the Shopee app.
