[Shipping Returns] How do I get a return label for my parcel?
Para sa Taglish version ng article, basahin dito.
For returns via Pick up or Drop Off the return label is available in the app and does not need to be printed.
SPX Express & J&T Express will provide the return label needed for shipping. If you need a copy, select Email Me or Download on the Return/Refund Details page.
For returns shipped via Self Arrange, Shopee does not provide a return label in-app. The return label will be provided to you by your courier of choice.
You can also refer to the Return Instructions available in-app for Self-Arranged returns, to arrange for your preferred courier to pick up your return.
