For returns via Pick up or Drop Off the return label is available in the app and does not need to be printed.

SPX Express (SPX), J&T Express (J&T), or Flash Express (FEX) will provide the return label needed for shipping. If you need a copy, select Email Me or Download on the Return/Refund Details page.

For returns shipped via Self Arrange, Shopee does not provide a return label in-app. The return label will be provided to you by your courier of choice. 

You can also refer to the Return Instructions available in-app for Self-Arranged returns, to arrange for your preferred courier to pick up your return.
