[ShopeePay] How do I cash-in via InstaPay?

To cash in using InstaPay, go to ShopeePay balance on the homepage select Cash in > select InstaPay > choose your preferred bank > CONFIRM > read the instructions carefully before selecting Open the Application.
⚠️ Note • ShopeePay cashback is non-convertible and can only be used within the Shopee App. Unused cashback is subject to a clawback process; please refer to the clawback schedule. • Your Account Number is your Shopee registered phone number in the format: 09XXXXXXXXX. • You can also transfer funds to your ShopeePay account from your chosen bank. |
Your ShopeePay balance will reflect the Cash In amount immediately after payment is verified. You can contact ShopeePay Customer Service if you don’t see your Cash In balance reflected within 1 day.
If you encounter issues with cashing in your ShopeePay wallet, it may be due to a payment problem. Please contact Shopee Customer Service and provide the Transaction ID, which you can find by selecting the Failed Cash in transaction under Last Transactions > COPY.
Balance limits
Non-verified accounts can only cash in a monthly balance of up to Php 10,000. Verify your account to increase your wallet limits to Php 100,000.
