How do I cash-in my Shopeepay with a linked bank account?

Cash in to your ShopeePay account via linked bank account
Go to ShopeePay Wallet Homepage > Cash In > enter your Cash In Amount > select Linked Bank Account > choose the preferred bank that is linked > Pay now > complete the payment. After processing your payment, your proceeds will enter your ShopeePay account.
For Cash In via BDO Direct Debit
To Cash in using BDO Direct, go to ShopeePay balance on the homepage > select Cash In > select Payment method > tap on BDO Direct Debit > select the cash in amount > PAY.
You will then be redirected to the BDO App, input your login credentials > enter cash in amount > Pay > Confirm.
Your ShopeePay balance will reflect the Cash In amount within 2 minutes.

If you don’t see your Cash In balance reflected within 1 day
If you encounter problems with cashing in your ShopeePay wallet, it is likely that a payment issue has occurred.
You can find it by selecting the failed Cash In transaction under Last Transactions > COPY.
Balance limits
Non-verified accounts can only cash in a monthly balance of up to Php 10,000. Verify your account to increase your wallet limits to Php 100,000.
