• Do not use consecutive characters such as “abcd”, “0000”, or keyboard sequences such as “qwerty” and “147852”.

3. Access your Shopee account and transact only through the official Shopee App/Website.

Always verify that links lead to our official website, https://shopee.ph. Do not trust anyone directing you to transact outside of Shopee's official platforms.

4. Keep your account information up to date.

Keep your account information, including phone number, address, and email, up to date. This ensures you receive important updates like One-Time Passwords (OTP) for verification and other notifications from Shopee.
