[Order Tracking] How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your orders via My Purchases in the Me tab on Shopee App. 


All of your orders will be categorized according to their order statuses:

  • To Pay - contains unpaid orders 

  • To Ship - contains paid, scheduled, and ready-for-pick-up orders

  • To Receive - contains orders that are scheduled for delivery

  • Completed - contains orders that have been delivered 

  • Canceled - contains orders that have been canceled

  • Return/Refund - contains orders that have been returned or refunded

Check the top banner of your order details

Once your order is under the To Ship or To Receive status, you may view detailed shipping updates and track its delivery status more closely.

Tracking the delivery status of orders

You can track your delivery status by clicking the track shipping status on the To Ship or To Receive page. Learn more about tracking your order within the app.

⚠️ Note

• Orders shipped by Shopee Supported Logistics will have tracking numbers and can be easily tracked in detail via Shopee App.

• If your order does not have a tracking number, you may contact the seller directly to check your order’s delivery status.

• For orders that are successfully delivered, if the Order Received button is greyed out, the shipping information status might not be updated yet. Kindly wait within 24 - 48 hours for the courier to update your order status.
