[Order Tracking] How do I check the status of my order?

You can check your order status in the My Purchases section of the Me tab on the Shopee App. Your orders are categorized by status:

  • To Pay: Unpaid orders

  • To Ship: Paid, scheduled, and ready-for-pick-up orders

  • To Receive: Orders scheduled for delivery

  • Completed: Delivered orders

  • Canceled: Canceled orders

  • Return/Refund: Returned or refunded orders

Check the top banner of your order details. When your order is in the To Ship or To Receive status, you can view detailed shipping updates and track its delivery status closely.

To track your delivery status,  select To Ship or To Receive > Track Order. You can learn more about tracking your order within the app.

⚠️ Note

· Orders shipped via Shopee Supported Logistics include tracking numbers and can be tracked in the Shopee App.

· If there's no tracking number, contact the seller directly for delivery updates.

· If the Order Received button is greyed out, the shipping status may still be updating—please allow 24–48 hours for courier updates.
