[ShopeePay] How do I delete my ShopeePay account?

Deleting your ShopeePay account is only possible by deleting your Shopee account.
To delete your Shopee account, ensure no pending transactions, refunds, disputes, or ShopeePay balance.
Account deletion is irreversible, please review all details carefully before proceeding.
To do so, Select Me tab > select Settings or Gear icon (⚙) > Request Account Deletion > OK.
⚠️Note An account can only be deleted if you have withdrawn all the funds from your ShopeePay wallet. · You will need to contact Shopee Customer Service to withdraw any remaining funds in all your ShopeePay wallets, including your bonus and refund sub-wallet. · Alternatively, you can withdraw your funds via the ShopeePay page, before deleting your account. |
