Shopee offers a 15-day return period for all Shopee Mall products that adhere to Shopee’s Refunds and Return Policy to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. The 15-day return period starts from the time of the first attempted delivery.

*If your initial parcel has missing parts/items, your return does not need to be complete.
