[Order Cancellation] How will I get my refund for canceled orders?

Refunds for canceled orders are processed immediately, with timelines varying by payment method:

  

Credit Card/Debit Card/Google Pay 

Refunds will be credited to your card within 5 to 45 business days, depending on your card's billing cycle.

 

ShopeePay/Other Payment Channels: Online Banking, Remittance/Payment Centers, Over-The-Counter, Linked Bank Account

The full refund will be credited to your ShopeePay account within 24-48 hours. You can use it for future purchases or withdraw it after updating your bank details.

 

SPayLater

Refunds for orders paid via SPayLater will be credited directly to your SPayLater wallet once processed.



Combined payment (SPayLater + other payment methods)

The amount paid via SPayLater will be credited/refunded back to your SPayLater wallet after processing.

The remaining amount paid using other payment methods will be refunded as follows:

  • Paid via ShopeePay/Linked BPI account/E-wallet/COD/Online Banking  -  Refund will be credited to your ShopeePay wallet

  • Paid via Credit/Debit Card - Refund will be credited to the card used 

  • Paid via linked SeaBank account - Refund will be credited to SeaBank account

 

You will be notified via in-app notification and email once your refund is processed. To check for such notifications, go to Order Updates via the Notifications tab on Shopee App.
