[Payment] How long do I have to make payment for my unpaid order?

After placing an order, you must complete payment within a specific time frame based on your payment method:


  • Debit/Credit Card, Installment, Google Pay, ShopeePay: Pay within 4 hours after checkout.

  • Other Channels (Online Banking, Remittance, Over-the-Counter): Pay within the given deadline shown after checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Wait up to 10 minutes for payment confirmation.


⚠️ Note

Unpaid orders are incomplete and will be automatically canceled if not paid within the time limit.



You can check the payment due date for your order in 2 ways:

1. On the Order Successful page, after placing your order

2. Under the To Pay section in the Me tab of the Shopee App—each unpaid order shows its deadline and payment method.
