[Shopee Mall Return] How long is the Quality Check (QC) process for returned products?

The Shopee Warehouse team conducts a Quality Check (QC) on returned products within 48 hours to verify their condition based on your return/refund request.
Inspection outcomes:
Refund Approved: Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method.
Refund Rejected: The product will be returned to you, and the rejection reason will be sent via email.
⚠️ Note If your return parcel doesn’t reach the Shopee Warehouse, please check with the courier for shipment status. |
