Here’s what you can do to ensure that your refund will be processed successfully to your ShopeePay account:
1. Ensure your ShopeePay is activated
Refunds are processed to an activated ShopeePay account. Once approved, refunds will be credited within 24-48 hours for regular refunds or 5-7 business days for partial refunds.
2. Check your ShopeePay balance and monthly wallet limit
If your ShopeePay is activated but the refund exceeds the monthly inflow or wallet limit, the refund will be released once you:
Increase your limit by verifying your ShopeePay account.
Wait for the monthly inflow limit to reset next calendar month.
Reduce your ShopeePay balance through purchases or withdrawals.

· Transfer funds from your ShopeePay wallet to your preferred bank or e-wallet.

For Non-activated ShopeePay Accounts:
Your refund will be on hold until you activate your ShopeePay account.
If activated within 3 days, the refund will be credited within 24-48 hours.
If activated after 3 days, the refund will be credited to your registered bank account within 2-3 business days, depending on the bank.
