[Order Receipt] How do I get a receipt for my orders?

A receipt confirms your payment. While Shopee doesn’t issue official receipts, you can use the following as proof of purchase based on your payment method:
ShopeePay: View your ShopeePay transaction history.
Google Pay: Check your Google Pay transaction history.
Other Payment Methods: Refer to the Order Confirmation Email (OCE) sent to your Shopee-verified email within 24 hours. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Enable Order Updates and Email Notifications in your Shopee App
From the Me tab, go to the Settings ⚙ > Notifications Settings > Email Notifications > Use toggles to enable/disable the Order Updates.
