A: Instead of the list of couriers available, the Standard shipping options will be shown in the App depending on your location. While the Sulit Local is for bulky items.
Q: What is the difference between Standard Local and Standard Delivery?
A: Standard local is one of the delivery options in the Courier Allocation Process that allocates all the Shopee Supported Logistics below.
Q: What if I am not satisfied with the courier assigned to my order?
A: If the seller has other couriers assigned that can service your delivery address and the parcel’s dimensions, you will be able to make a one-time change to the allocated courier within an hour after the courier allocation of an order is made or until the seller books the order for pick-up, whichever is shorter. Change is only allowed for the Standard Option.
