Q: Do I need to pay my return shipping fee? 

A: No shipping fee is needed for Drop Off with SPX Express (SPX) or Flash Express (FEX).

For Self Arrange with other couriers, you pay upfront, but it can be refunded after the return is processed.

Q: Do I need to pay for the extra packaging materials or printed return label provided by the SPX or FEX staff?

A: No. Pouches and return label printing are free, and any necessary extra packaging materials will also be provided free of charge by SPX.

 

Q: Can I use Drop Off to return a bulky item? 

A: Currently, we can only allow returns for items not heavier than 50 kg or not larger than 150cm for the total return order.

 

Q: Do I need to provide my own packaging materials?

A: We recommend using the item's original packaging. Bring the original box for high-value, fragile items or items originally in boxes. 

 

Q: What do I need to show the Drop Off staff for SPX or FEX when I’m returning my parcel?

A: Just show the tracking number found on the Return/Refund Details page. Drop Off partners may also scan the barcode in the return instructions to identify your parcel.

 

Q: Do I need to upload my waybill?

A: No, the return status updates automatically after drop-off. If there's no update within 24 hours, contact Shopee customer service via chat.

 

Q: Can I cancel my return request if my parcel is on the way to the Seller?

A: No. You can only cancel your return request if the parcel is still with you.
