Why was my Return/Refund request canceled?

Shopee may cancel your return/refund request for the following reasons:

  1. Your parcel is already on the way to your location.

  2. You did not provide the required evidence to support your claims within the timeline. 

  3. You did not select the correct reason for submitting your return/refund request.

 

For canceled return/refund cases, you may raise another request by following Shopee’s guidelines. Here are some tips when filing for a return/refund:

  1. If your parcel is on the way, kindly wait for a few days before raising a non-receipt request.

  2. Make sure that you have sufficient evidence to support your claims before raising a request. You may refer to this list for the required evidence. 

  3. Select the correct reason for your case to help us during the investigation.

If the Shopee Returns Window has expired, you can no longer raise a Return/Refund request. You may coordinate with the Seller directly for any concerns.
