How to request a Return/Refund for Items that require Special Handling?

If there is an issue with your order containing items that require special handling, you may follow the instructions below when filing for a Return/Refund request. 


To do so, select Return/Refund corresponding to the order > Select the product(s) to return > Indicate the quantity to return > Next.


 

Then, select Received Damaged Item(s) > select Damaged Item > select the applicable type of damage > Next > Provide the required evidence as stated in the remarks and description of the refund request > Check or edit your Contact Email > Submit.




Choose the preferred Shipping option to return your order back to the seller.

• If you experience issues in uploading the evidence needed for return/refund, you can try our basic troubleshooting.

Properly provide evidence for each return/refund reason.


For special handling cases, Shopee will review the case and get back to you on the resolution.
