What to do if the order has not yet arrived?

Orders that have not arrived but are still within the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD):

1. Check Order Status

Go to the Me tab > To Pay, To Ship, To Receive, or To Rate under My Purchases to view your order status.

 

   

2. Track Delivery

Check the Order Details page. The estimated delivery date (EDD) is shown on the green bar.

 

⚠️ Note 

· Shipping status may take 24–48 hours to update.

· Expect delays during holidays or severe weather.

· Delivery times exclude holidays and non-working days.

 

3. Contact the Seller

Select Contact Seller at the bottom of the Order Details page for updates (e.g., if not yet picked up).

If the seller fails to ship the order within the expected time, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded. Learn more about where you’ll get your refund.

 

 

 

Orders that did not arrive after the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD):

1. Follow Up via Shopee Chat

Use the follow-up delivery form in Shopee Chat. You’ll receive an email update within 24–48 hours.

 

2. Request Return/Refund

Select Return/Refund on the Order Details page if your item hasn’t arrived after the EDD.

 

3. Request Expedited Delivery

Eligible if:

  • Your order has been at the last hub for over 24 hours.

  • The order is already past the EDD.

  • Request via Chat with Shopee or contact the courier directly.

 

 

For Delayed Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders, follow up via Shopee Chat and provide your Order Number.

 

⚠️ Note

· Orders not received may be returned to the seller (RTS).

· Orders from banned sellers or accounts will still be delivered. Learn more about account limitations.

· Report fake delivery attempts to the courier directly or Shopee Customer Service.
