Having issues with the Shopee App or Website? Try the quick fixes below — most problems get solved with these basic steps. If the issue still happens, move on to the next troubleshooting tip and check after each step if it’s resolved.
For Mobile App
1. Update & verify account: Keep your Shopee App updated and confirm you’re logged in to the correct account.
2. Check your connection: If you’re using mobile data, switch to WiFi. If you’re on WiFi, try switching to mobile data or another available network
3. Refresh the app: Close and reopen the Shopee App. If the issue continues, force close the app to refresh it in the background.
4. Clear app data: Clear the Shopee App cache to remove temporary files. Afterwards, log out and log back in to refresh your account.
5. Restart or reinstall: Restart your device. If the issue continues, uninstall and reinstall the Shopee App to get the latest version.

7. Restart or switch devices: Restart your device, or if the issue continues, access Shopee on another device (desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile).
If unable to check out: Make sure that all fields (products, payment type, vouchers, shipping) are selected. If the issue persists, try other products/Items.
