You can only use Over-the-counter (OTC) as a payment option for Cash-in via ShopeePay or for repayment of SPayLater and SLoan.

To use Over-the-counter (OTC) as payment option, select Payment Option in checkout > Over-the-counter > select preferred OTC > Continue > Pay Now.

Fill in the email address where you want to receive your payment confirmation and select Payment Verification to read Dragonpay payment instructions.

Go to your chosen Over-The-Counter and follow the step-by-step Dragonpay instructions: 

1. Take note of the generated reference number, the total amount to be paid, and the payment due date as it is necessary upon filling out the payment form.
2. To see Dragonpay instruction details again go to My Purchase > To Pay > search for your order > Pay Now.
3. Payment will be verified and an email notification will be received within 24 hours.
