You can only use TouchPay as a payment option for Cash-in via ShopeePay or for repayment of SPayLater and SLoan.
To pay using TouchPay, during check out select Payment Option >TouchPay > Confirm > Place Order.
To use the TouchPay machine to process your payment
Select e-Money > Shopee > Shopee Checkout Order > Enter your Payment Code (found on your Payment Instruction Page) > Verify your payment details > Confirm your payment details and Insert your cash payment into the machine.
If possible, insert the exact cash amount into the machine.

After successful payment with TouchPay, kindly wait up to 24 hours to allow your amount to reflect in the Shopee App.
