Why is my voucher not working?

You can apply a maximum of 2 voucher types in a single checkout.

  • 1 Shopee Platform Voucher (such as Free Shipping Discount Voucher, Discount, or Coins Cashback voucher)

  • 1 Shop Voucher per shop (Discount or Cashback)

 

⚠️Note

Before using any voucher, make sure to review its terms and conditions. These may include minimum spending, a specific redemption period, a limited number of uses, applicable only to certain stores, or requiring a specific payment method.

 

 

  

If your voucher isn't working, it might be because:

  • The code has expired.

  • The items in your cart aren't eligible for the discount.

  • You haven't met the terms and conditions.

  • You're using a 'new user only' voucher, but our system sees that another account on the same device has logged in before.

  • Your phone number is on our fraud blacklist.

 

 Your voucher code can be reused if:

  • You cancel your order before paying.

  • The seller cancels the order.

  • The entire order is refunded.

  • The voucher is still valid.

 

 

⚠️Note

Shopee-created vouchers are only applicable via app or in-app purchases.

 

 

 

To claim the Shopee-created vouchers, go to Me tab> My Vouchers > Input Promo Code.

 

 

 

 

You can view all vouchers that you have received, claimed, or purchased on the My Vouchers page. You can also use Saved Vouchers during checkout. If you encounter technical issues when using a voucher, please follow the Basic Troubleshooting Guide
