Why is my mobile number registered to another account? (ENG)

The mobile number that you have entered has already been registered to another existing Shopee account. 

 

In Shopee, only one phone number is allowed to register under one Shopee account. Since it is common for mobile providers to recycle mobile numbers, it's possible that the mobile number previously belonged to someone else.

 

If you have a Shopee account with the same mobile number, please log in to your existing account to continue using it. If the account does not belong to you, do not worry, this only means that outdated information still exists in our system. The previous owner does not have any access to the Shopee account you will create using the new mobile number

 

However, if you are not able to create a new Shopee account or change your mobile number, kindly try using a different mobile number.
